Expansion Core Alpha 0.5.5 Patch Notes


NEW BUILD! Alpha 0.5.5 Patch Notes:

New Features:
- Mobile Base Upgrade Tier 3: Added another [temporary] tier of mobile base. I had a model from an earlier version of the game, so I decided to temporarily add it in. In the future, I'll brush up the animations and it'll likely be tier 4.
- Mobile Base Upgrades: Added Cores to all mobile bases so now they can be upgraded just like allies. These upgrades should be retained when upgrading the mobile base to higher tiers.
- Recipe Update: After some more long term play testing, I've changed some of the higher tier recipes to better match the expected progression line. Obviously these are subject to change in future versions.
- Armor Update: The armor has once again been updated to modify the player's max health instead of modifying the incoming damage. This is just generally more readable and easy to understand.
- Ally Naming: Changed the max char limit to 18 instead of 15.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed tree collisions to not make the player and allies spin around like crazy when standing on a fallen trunk.
- Fixed a save issue causing the player's health and location to be reset to defaults.
- Fixed a bunch of UI bugs including ones on the death UI, the Upgrade menu, ally storage, HUB menus and more.
- Fixed a bunch of issues with Mobile bases (Healing when dead, not properly upgrading, wrong names etc.)
- Fixed some incorrect names on some ally blueprints.
